From his accounting roots, Ravi, along with other members of his team has built a global IT, Engineering & BPO Services Company with leadership in sharply defined focus areas. Widely respected for integrity, innovation and dynamism, Ravi and his colleagues have successfully forged global partnerships with people, customers and investors. Under his chairmanship, KPIT has become a global player in the industry with Top line revenue growth of 10x and increase in market capitalization of 15x over the last 5 years. Under his stewardship, KPIT has forged strategic partnerships with some of the largest & renowned players in their respective areas: Cummins & Cargill (Manufacturing) and Lehman brothers & International Finance Corporation (Financial Services).

Ravi has been nominated as a member of the Core-Group on Automotive Research Program Committee (CAR) which is a merger of the Program Advisory Committee for Research and Development in Automotive Sector and the Core-Group on Automotive Research. Apart from group companies in the Kirtane & Pandit group which is celebrating it’s golden jubilee year, Ravi also serves on the board of Finolex. He has served as the President of the esteemed Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture and has also been on the NASSCOM Executive Council twice.

He also fostered partnerships with many Countries and Industry Chambers to make Pune a destination of choice for IT, BPO, Design Engineering & Global Automotive OEM /Manufacturing companies. Ravi has been a very articulate speaker at several National and International forums on diverse subjects that include: Globalization, IT Industry and its future, the Engineering Services opportunity, Economic, Labour & Industrial Policy.

Ravi is a gold medalist and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. A graduate of Pune University, Ravi has a Masters from Sloan School of Management, MIT, Cambridge, USA. He has an extensive experience of over three decades in the fields of IT, corporate Strategy Formulation and Management consulting.

Under Ravi’s leadership, KPIT Cummins has been selected as the winner of the Golden Peacock Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance -2007. For his commitment to conducting business in an ethical manner and for the value KPIT Cummins partnership has brought to Cummins, Ravi has also been honoured with the J. Irwin Miller Award of Excellence by Cummins in October 2007. He has also been awarded the prestigious Rotary Excellence Award 2007 for his Exemplary Leadership and Outstanding Performance in the field of Information Technology.

An avid trekker, Ravi’s other hobbies include classical music and reading.

Kishor is in charge of the overall management of KPIT Cummins. He is specifically responsible for all day-to-day operational issues like planning and executing business, reviewing and guiding the country offices, customer delivery units and support functions, and ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the organization as a whole.

As a promoter of KPIT Cummins, Kishor has been responsible for providing the strategic direction and has spearheaded KPIT Cummins' forays into international markets, especially Europe. He is the keystone in building strategic partnerships and a strong and prestigious customer base for KPIT Cummins. He has set excellent examples in the areas of establishing International operations, Acquisitions, Mergers and Integration in specific.

He is a prolific observer with an open mind and has a keen determination to grow. A firm believer in thinking big, Kishor embarked upon the expansion of KPIT Cummins through a well planned Mergers and Acquisitions strategy. His exceptional people’s skills and simplicity has worked wonders in diverse cultural geographies.

Kishor began his career as a practitioner in Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountant in 1983 and within a year and a half was a partner in the firm. He has 17 years of experience in various areas like Management, Finance, Consulting, Organization Development and International operations. His specialization includes Marketing, Organization Methods and Systems.

Kishor is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

He has a passion for sports, especially bikes.

At KPIT Cummins, he is responsible for service delivery & operations management. He has played an active role in formulating the operational policy, One Team, One Goal, Zero surprises. He had initiated numerous activities to achieve process excellence, and to enhance the quality of talent in the company.

Girish, a Six Sigma green belt is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Operations Management & Advanced Financial Management. He carries 2 decades of professional experience in the areas of IT, Diagnostic Medical Imaging, BPO and General Management.

He has wide experience in Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Engineering and Operating Global Programs. Specifically, Girish holds 15 years of Program Management and Business Leadership experience with the largest American Technology giant.

Prior to KPIT Cummins, he was the vice-president of GE Capital International Services (GECIS) in Hyderabad. Prior to GECIS, he was Managing Director of GE Medical X Ray Systems (SA) Ltd, leading manufacturing and engineering activities for Global Supply. Girish started his career with Wipro InfoTech Ltd as a Marketing Executive in 1983. He was a key contributor in establishing the joint venture between Wipro and GE Medical systems (GEMS) as part of the project team at Wipro Corporate.

An avid reader, Girish loves playing golf. He also likes to listen to semi-classical and classical music.

Pawan is a part of the leadership team at KPIT Cummins. He heads the businesses of KPIT GBS (Global Business Solutions) and of KPIT’s DFS (Diversified Financial Services) vertical. He is also on the board of KPIT GBS, KPIT UK and KPIT Poland.

A computer engineer by profession, Pawan comes with over 18 years of work experience having worked with companies including HP, IBM and HCL, across Europe, Americas and Asia. His areas of focus include consulting, sales and delivery, and he is also passionate about operational excellence. He believes in an entrepreneurial way of working and has been instrumental in setting up as well as in delivering large projects at a global level.

Pawan has headed operations of IBM Software Group for Asia Pacific and was instrumental in building global operations & business of HCL BPO. Pawan also participated in the ISB-Kellogg Global Advanced Management Program.

Pawan is a philanthropist, is an active member on the Standards Board of JD Powers & Software Support Professional Association – USA, PMI USA Board of Special Initiative Group on Strategic Outsourcing and is the CEO & President of PMI North India Chapter. Pawan is also a TiE Charter Member. He also sits on the board of several educational institutes in India.

He has handled several assignments in the areas of strategic planning, business and financial restructuring, business valuations, designing and raising resources through structured debt and equity instruments, etc. He is a member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) committee on ESOP.

Pravin has been associated with different banks (nationalized and private) in various capacities such as IS auditor and consultant. He is Founder President of ISACA Pune Chapter and has steered the IS Audit momentum in and around the city. Pravin is also associated with Pune University, NIA (National Insurance Academy), NIBM (National Institute of Bank Management), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), YASHADA and a number of management institutes in the capacity of a mentor and visiting faculty

Pankaj is presently Director-Projects and Services with the responsibility of business development and management in the UK. As part of this he manages a team that handles onsite sales in the UK and also oversees the administration/onsite management of consultants in the UK and Europe; sales development in key verticals and new regions; liaison with UK IT agencies, Account Management of major customers and controlling the costs.

Pankaj is an engineer and a Master of Business Administration. He has over 15 years experience across different industries in sales, marketing and business management with companies like HCL, Ranbaxy, and Godrej. He is also an active member of IEEE.

His hobbies include war history, driving and traveling. He wishes the company of honest people and dislikes harshness in communication He is married and has one daughter. Pankaj is currently based out of our office in Reading, UK.
